We apply a fixed price of €2,950,-  for all our customers.

No Cure No Pay

We operate on a no cure no pay basis, which means that if we cannot successfully purchase a suitable property for you within the agreed-upon timeframe, we will not charge any fees. It is also possible to terminate the purchase assignment at no cost.*

• Assessment of your housing preferences
• Evaluation of the asking price
• Purchase advice
• Preparation based on requested documents
• Check for disclosure and research obligations
• Viewings (6 viewings included, after that €100 per viewing)
• Purchase recommendations
• Negotiation
• Purchase agreement
• Pre-inspection and conveyance
• Aftercare / Evaluation

*If we, as the real estate agent, conduct more than 6 viewings, a fee of €100  will be charged for each viewing conducted from the seventh onwards, upon withdrawal or at the end of the assignment.
